Conroe, Texas-The Educational Alliance of Tomorrow (EfTA) announced that the winner of the 2022 SCI://TECH Wright Print Poster Contest is Spencer Myers, a 12th grade student at Woodlands College Park High School. Miles’ original artwork based on the theme of “Scientific Solutions” was created in the graphic design and illustration course taught by Professor Jeffrey Bamington and voted by the public. Miles will receive a $250 student achievement award, and his design will appear in promotional materials for the 2022 SCI://TECH Expo, which will open in January. SCI://TECH is a collaboration between the Education Alliance of Tomorrow, Conroe ISD, John Cooper School and other regional private schools that encourage scientific exploration. SCI://TECH's 13 science, technology, engineering and mathematics competitions and activities will be held on several weekends from January 21 to March 5, 2022. The feature of SCI://TECH is that more than 1,000 students registered to participate in the Chevron Phillips Chemical High School and Entergy Junior High School Science Fair on January 27.
